Orders placed during weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Lost or Delayed Parcels

If your parcel has not arrived within the expected delivery timeframe, please contact us and we will work with the courier to investigate the shipment.

While we will do everything reasonably possible to assist, delivery times remain the responsibility of the postal or courier service once the parcel has been dispatched.

Damaged Deliveries

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible, ideally within 48 hours of delivery, including photographs of both the packaging and the items received. This enables us to resolve the issue promptly.
